Online Form Submission: All LLP forms are now web-based, making the registration process more convenient and efficient.
No. of Designated Partners: An LLP can now be incorporated with 5 Designated Partners (without DPIN) instead of 2 Designated Partners.
Automatic PAN and TAN Allocation: LLPs are now automatically assigned a PAN and TAN upon incorporation, eliminating the need for separate applications.
