Obtain Partner Consent: Get approval from all partners.
Reserve New Name: Apply for a name reservation on the MCA portal.
File Form LLP-8: Submit Form LLP-8 to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) along with the necessary documents.
Pay Fees: Pay the prescribed fees.
Obtain New Certificate: The ROC will issue a new certificate of incorporation with the updated name.
